Have you ever said to yourself............boy I'd sure like to be doing that or if given the opportunity,I'd prefer to be this in life instead of...........

If only dad or mom had pushed me I'd be much further in life.

If I had only gotten that piece of paper to say I qualified as.............I'd be doing...........

If only I had the money so and so has.......I'd be much further and would or could have acquired such and such and able to do this and that........................

What ever your personal:such and such, this and that ,would or could actually is:U are in control of your destiny and can bring to fruition all of the dreams and visions for your life:
IF U JUST BELIEVE!

BUT U FIRST NEED A PLAN~

HERE'S THE PLAN:
First, U have to believe you deserve to become the person U desire to become.
Second, U have to see yourself becoming the person U desire to become.
Third,U have to map out a plan of action to become all that it will take to become the person U desire to be.
Forth, U have put into actual motion the effort to become the person U desire through your plan to become the person U desire.
Fifth, U can not let others tear down your dream before U can actulize your plan to become your desired goal.
SIX, U must have an "inner burn"to become the person U desire so that U can withstand the trials and challenges along the journey.
SEVENTH,U MUST HAVE FAITH to stay the course through thick and thin.

IF U REALLY MEAN BUSINESS................this is a simple blueprint to help U get started.

RESEARCH and be PREPARED!
Research your field of interest and make sure it fits U on a personal and professional level.
Preparation is key to success so make sure U actually know what the timeframe is, necessary tools are and effort it will take to actualize your dream to become the person U desire.

HAVE FAITH AND BELIEVE!
When U believe that U are destined for greatness things will open up for U and doors will fly open as well.Keep a positive attitude, pray to be open to hear the voice of GOD through your journey as HE guides your footsteps and......... don't forget to ask HIM for favor from man in all things concerning your goals. For it is truely GOD who can open doors that no man can shut and shut doors, for U that no man can open.

I'm excited for U. I pray for your continued success and hope U will actualize it sooner rather than later, according to GOD's will for your life.
The fact that U see yourself doing and being better already puts in the success category.

Are YOU making time for YOU...MOM?

Are You making time for YOU!

Have you heard of the saying: HAPPY MOMMY=HAPPY BABY(ies)+HAPPY PAPPA+HAPPY FAMILY?
When mommy is happy everybody is happy!
Well it's true! Only you can decide when enough is.. enough.
GUESS What?...............It's enough!

Take some time for yourself and pamper you. DO U.....U deserve it!
If money is an issue............have a trusted family member or friend take your baby or children for an afternoon or at least a couple of hours and take a warm bubble bath in peace. Light some scented candles, play some soft music and just veg. Beathe for sometime alone...just U and watch your sanity come back.Don't forget to lather up your skin from head to toe in a favorite scented lotion after to seal the deal.

Some times just taking a long nap without the sound of pitter patter can rejuenate your soul..add some chilled cucumbers for an instant compress for the eyes.NO music or TV.........just restful sleep.
If you can do a spa day out with the girls or just do a facial and or massage alone.....You can start to feel the wind between your toes again............lol!
Oh............and please get your nails done by yourself in peace at least once a month. Ask for help......it's ok!
I'm an advocate of taking some time for yourself because if we break down....................who will do the rest of the things that have to get done?Who will make the bacon?

We are not superwomen............... but we are women who do super human things within super human time..............so bionic woman take some for yourself and with out guilt be OK with putting yourself first, if only for a few minutes...........'cause U deserve it!

What Do U Regret................

Have U ever talked yourself out of a blessing or felt like you just didn't deserve it.

Did you beat yourself up over something or someone who you later learned wasn't in your best interest .

Has time or money been waisted and wish you could get it back somehow?

Did you act like a pure fool and can't show your face in that same croud.

Did U disappoint someone so much that the pain still shows in their eyes evertime they see U?

These and so many other questions I can ask to stir your thought processes on what I call the:
"REGRET ABLE's".
Why did I separate the two words.Because if If U regret it........then U must be ABLE to let it go!
but NOT BEFORE FORGIVING YOURSELF.

I talk alot about forgiveness because without it we are left crippled and broken. Why.....because unforgiveness causes pain that can lead to a spiritual death or breakdown in one's spirit, with possible physical /negative manifestations.It can also cause illness in one's body. That relentless seed can do irrepairable damage if not cut off at the root.
ONLY U HOLD THE POWER TO FORGIVE YOURSELF for what U regret. ONCE U DO>>>>>>>>>>U will breathe and live easier. HOW DO U GROW NEW ROOT In YOUR LIFE that will bear good fruit..........FORGIVENESS and ACCEPTANCE!

LIVING in Denial is dangerous and costly> BE BRAVE enough to face the truth and inevitable.
BE HONEST with yourself and watch things begin to change around U when U forgive.

FOLKS who hold grudges and harbor resentment think they hurt others but they really only hurt themselves and give away their power to the power that holds them hostage.
BEATING up yourself does nothing but harvest a negative platform of unproductivity.

TURN EVERY situation into A LESSON,especially if it is not positive or feel good in nature.

LEARN the lesson from each and every situation and become healthier in the process.
U HOLD THE POWER in your hands and release health and wealth in your life, if U just believe that JESUS finds U worthy................as HE does.

IF WE NEVER HAD ANY RAIN IN OUR LIVES....

Dear Beloved,
If We Never Had Any Rain In Our Lives.....Then We've Never Grow.

This a song I sang in gospel chorus in the "FAME" F. H.L. High School of Music and Art in Harlem USA.and it has been ringing in my heart ever sense.When I've felt lowly and discouraged, I often remember this simple yet powerful song. It always spoke to my mountain(s). I reminded me that I was here to first glorify GOD as my personal savior and to be of service inspite of my own drama. The rain or mountain was there to teach me lessons I would need along my personal and professional journey. I later got it,"I needed the rain in order to be who I am today and to ultimately fulfill what GOD's perfect will is for my life".I also realized HE uses my gifts and talents, once I yielded them to HIM,for my ultimate good and HIS ultimate glory.
BUT..............I had to first get out of GOD's way and INTO HIS way.
That meant letting go of my ego and issues while forgiving folks that hurt me along the journey.
Yes..........folks will disappoint and hurt U but you have to decide how much power U want to give them , if any. over your life. IF U CAN'T FORGIVE, they hold you captive as a slave until YOU do.That's why I love that 80's song," I'VE GOT THE POWER". Who holds the power over U?
Prayerfully, U and GOD do....................and no one else.

Challenges and mountains in our lives are opportunities to see GOD's handiwork in action when we confess, identify and release the mountain we are then set free. DID U hear me say it................FREE!

BE FREE TODAY! BE THE LOVE U WANT AND NEED IN YOUR LIFE.............cause: U've Got The Power!

TODAY,I REMEMBER.........cousin MICHEAL!

WOW..........It really does feel like I've lost a family member with the lost of Micheal Jackson at the tender age of 50.

GONE to SOON.....leaving a whole in my heart for a special person who has touched my entire life: MICHEAL JOE JACKSON!

I remember first seeing U on the Ed Sullivan show with your brothers singing your heart out and sounding like an adult while doing so.What musical genius before my eyes. I was spell bound at your singing ability and went to bed overwhelmed.I was so glad MOM let me stay up to witness history................your story. Even at the tender age of 6 I knew I was witnessing something extaordinary.

I remember the pics of U on my bedroom wall of U and your brothers when you guys were called the Jackson 5.

I really thought U and I were going to marry some day.......................LOL! As did every other black girl.

I remember jumping rope with friends outside of the Eleanor Roosevelt projects in Bklyn, N.Y. in the 70's fighting over who loved U more and who was going to marry U first...LOL!

I remember dancing and singing to your music my entire life. Looking at the album covers for hours, reading the credits and lyrics so I could "feel" your genius.

The OFF THE WALL album moved me beyond and hold great memories for me.

I remember seeing U at the HOYT and SCHERMERHORN Brooklyn, NY train station.

U stood with your back to the few of us on the platform preparing to perform and shoot the video " BAD". As U suddenly turned with this intense look and went into the zone,I saw your new look( plastic surgery).

I gasped and said " He looks like a girl". U, unfortunately heard me and rolled your eyes directly at me and I was shocked at my own reaction. U immediately regrouped and went back into the zone( performance mode). It was musical magic from U as usual.

My statement was a knee jerk reaction to an unexpected image and hoped that I didn't hurt your feelings. I am so sorry if I did hurt your feelings.

I remember later dating and loving Jerome.............who was a dancer on the "BAD" video, who was very proud to have been associated with the project.

I remember being asked recently to work on this upcoming London tour to do makeup on the dancers and performers.I saw it as an opportunity to talk to U about: JESUS.

I saw it as a great opportunity to introduce the KING of POP to the KING of KINGS.... and to be part of your musical history.

ONLY GOD KNOWS BEST!

I do hope that U are with JESUS to experience eternal rest and peace.

I remember these and other times that your music and talent woved around my life and I say thank U for the genius............your uncomparable genius.

Thank U cousin Micheal.............U will always be family to me.

Have you grasped the thought that each day given to you is an opportunity to create a new chapter in your journey.

This new day is a gift to embrace all that is designed especially for you to behold the way only you can.

So..what will you do with this new day? What are your challenges?Will you squander it with negative thoughts and energy wrapped in self loathing or will you embrace your truth and open your heart and mind to receive all that FATHER GOD has in store for U?

Keep an open mind and heart and know that you , with the help of GOD,are the only one who can change you.You see.........the real thing is:NO one can make YOU do anything You don't want to happen to you.SO...If you feel unworthy you will behave un..worthily. If you feel shameful you will behave shamefully. In another words, what you feel is what you project to the outside world and if you will allow others to dump on you and deposit into your spirit negativity, this is power you give them over you.

TAKE BACK YOUR POWER and LOVE YOURSELF!
YOU ARE WORTHY OF ALL THINGS WONDERFUL AND DEVINE!
WORTHY ARE YOU OF LOVE AND A PEACEFUL SOUND MIND!

Declare this day as a new day to find self acceptance and love. Declare this day that you are worthy. Declare this day that U are beautiful and not shameful and loving.
DECLARE this day......A NEW DAY!

You can do this once you forgive yourself and others for the hurt caused by them and let it go !

ALL POWER BELONGS TO GOD FROM WHOM ALL BLESSINGS FLOW!
It's now time to enjoy HIS blessings you are worthy and deserving of.
